Founder & CEO
I am 42 years old, born and raised in Surrey B.C. Currently located in Abbotsford B.C. Canada. I am the loving mother of four absolutely amazing boys. I am building a company I can truly stand behind and help people find the power in natural care. Making clean products that people can trust is my number one goal. I want people to see the power and change natural products can make not only outside, but from within.

MY JOURNEY
Life has brought many struggles my way with my health inside and out. After countless doctors and tests I was left feeling hopeless and alone. I had been given no answers to why my skin and body were in such bad shape. It was time to fight for my health in my own way.......to heal myself when all else failed. I spent countless hours researching what my body truly needs to flourish and thrive. It was going to be a long road to recovery.
THE FIGHT
After learning I had celiac disease I thought going gluten free would be the answer to all my health concerns. It was not. My body had been far too damaged for far too long. The gluten, antibiotics, cortisone creams and medications I had been become accustomed to for years were causing so much damage inside and out. It was time to fight for myself. It was time to learn and understand my body.
MAKING CHANGES
I changed my ways inside and out. I removed toxins from my life and started the journey to heal. I changed my diet drastically. I worked hard on sealing and healing my leaky gut. I worked to correct my bad bacteria imbalance. I started looking at what I was actually putting in and on my body and was horrified how toxic life can be. My skin products were certainly causing more damage then good. I wanted to feed my skin properly and to heal my acne, eczema and rosacea. I wanted to correct my problems, not just conceal them.

I know I still have a long way to go on my journey to health, but I know I have the tools to get me there
